What is ContactFlow?

ContactFlow is a CRM for businesses that sell over chat. It puts WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok and your website chat in one inbox, keeps each lead in a sales pipeline, and lets AI agents answer and follow up for you.

Does ContactFlow use the official APIs?

Yes. WhatsApp goes through Meta's official Cloud API, Instagram and Messenger through Meta's APIs, and TikTok through its official API. We don't use unofficial connectors or QR-code logins, which put numbers at risk of being banned.

Can my whole team answer from the same WhatsApp number?

Yes. Everyone in your workspace answers from the same shared inbox, with owner, admin and member roles.

How do the AI agents work?

You add an AI step to a workflow and tell it what to find out, like budget, product or date. The agent chats with the lead, fills in those fields and moves the lead to the right stage. You decide when a person takes over.

Does ContactFlow know which ad each lead came from?

Yes. When a lead comes from a click-to-WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger ad, the ad is saved with the conversation. And when that lead enters a stage you gave a Meta event, like QualifiedLead, ContactFlow reports it to Meta through the Conversions API, so your campaigns learn which ads bring you good leads.
