You grow by adding add-ons, not by changing plan. Two things are metered and both reset monthly — new leads, and AI credits. No. The 14-day trial needs no credit card and includes everything in Starter, with 500 AI credits. When it ends, you decide whether to keep going. ### What counts as a lead? A contact who reaches you for the first time. Someone already in your CRM who writes again is not a new lead, so you never pay twice for the same customer, and what you have already stored is never capped. ### What if I go over my leads for the month? Nothing stops. Leads keep coming in, because we'd never turn away traffic you paid for with ads, and we let you know so you can add a pack of 300 for $6/month. The counter resets at the start of every month. ### What counts as an AI credit? Every message an AI agent writes or reads inside a workflow spends one credit. Messages your team sends by hand cost nothing, and neither does automation without an AI step. ### What if I run out of AI credits? Add a pack of 1,000 credits for $4 whenever you need one, or add a seat — each seat brings its own credits every month. Your team can always keep replying by hand. ### What happens when my team grows? You add seats at $7/month, not a new plan. Need separate client spaces, more numbers or your own brand on it? That's what Agency is for, with a custom quote. ### What is a workspace, and when do I need another? A workspace is one shared inbox, with its own contacts, numbers and team. One business usually needs one. Agencies that keep each client apart add a workspace per client. ### Why are Instagram, Messenger and TikTok separate? Because most teams sell on one or two networks and would rather not pay for the rest. Starter ships with WhatsApp; add the networks you use for $4/month each, or all three for $9. ### Do the prices include WhatsApp fees? No. Meta bills template messages (marketing, utility and authentication) directly, at its own rates.
